Language Lab is providing Orton-Gillingham based structured literacy instruction in word decoding.
During our tenure, we have noticed the tremendous overlap between students who have speech-language needs who are also struggling with reading proficiency. With that knowledge, we have recently expanded our practice to include reading support for grades pre-K - 6th, enabling us to meet both the language and literacy needs of students.
We informally assess students and design specific, individualized treatment plans to meet their exact needs.
***Literacy support is available to all kids, regardless of whether or not they receive speech therapy services.
